DocTrack Support Information

We currently only offer electronic support via email and this website. This is to ensure that we do not spend an inordinate amount of time dealing with phone support issues, such as the tendency for phone calls to turn into "chatting" and the added expense of returning phone calls while problems are researched more thoroughly. E-mail support questions are normally answered within 24 hours of receipt. If you feel you have been waiting for a response longer than necessary please let us know in writing via e-mail so we can correct the problem. Please note that we will provide support for those evaluating a trial version of our product.

Email Support

Please make sure that all support e-mail is sent to support@avantrics.com. We cannot guarantee a prompt response if an e-mail is not sent to our technical support mail address.

Updates

All registered customers on a current software maintenance plan can get free updates of our products. As soon as an update is available, we'll send all our customers a product update notification with information on how to get the update.
